Introducing our high-performance large ebike battery bag, built for the bigger and longer battery packs that will not fit a standard bag. With its easy-to-use hook and loop straps, it mounts to any bike rack for a secure, hassle-free, tool-free attachment.

This large-size bag easily fits batteries measuring 3 7/8" x 4 5/8" x 14" long, such as a 48V 20Ah pack, with room to spare to still fold the top closed, so it can handle even larger packs. It is built for the wider and thicker packs found on many fat-tire and dual-battery ebikes.

Safety and protection are our top priorities, which is why our battery bag is meticulously crafted with a waterproof and flame-resistant inner liner. It has successfully passed the FMVSS 302 Flame Test, providing you with the assurance that your battery is shielded from potential hazards.

The bag features a sealed construction, combined with a convenient roll-up closure and reliable buckles. This design ensures a watertight and secure enclosure, safeguarding your battery during your cycling adventures, traveling or long-term storage.

Do you actually need the large bag?

Most riders do not, and we would rather tell you that than sell you the wrong size. The standard (small) bag fits the overwhelming majority of ebike batteries on the road, including every Lectric, Aventon, Velotric, Rad Power Bikes, Monarc, and Euphree pack we have tested. Only a handful of ebikes need this one.

The rule is simple: this bag is for the giants.

  • Anything bigger than a 48V 20Ah pack. That is the dividing line. At or above it, go large.
  • Any 52V battery. These packs are physically larger almost without exception. The 52V 19.2Ah battery in the Juiced Scrambler HT and Scrambler FS is a good example, and both require this bag.
  • Extended-range and dual-battery packs. Common on fat-tire builds and long-range conversions, and typically too thick for the small bag.
  • Anything not covered on the small bag's tested list. That page carries our full confirmed compatibility list by brand. If your battery is not on it, this bag is the safer bet.

Still not sure? Measure your battery's length, width, and height and compare it against the 3 7/8" x 4 5/8" x 14" figure above. When you are genuinely on the fence, size up. A slightly roomy bag still rolls closed and seals; a bag that is too small does not work at all.

Ebike battery bag FAQ

Is this ebike battery bag fireproof?

It uses a flame-resistant inner liner that passed the FMVSS 302 flame test, so it resists ignition and slows flame spread. No bag makes a lithium battery fully fireproof, but the liner adds a meaningful layer of protection for riding, transport, and storage.

How do I know whether I need large or small?

If your battery is bigger than a 48V 20Ah pack, or it is a 52V pack, get the large. Everything else almost certainly fits the standard (small) bag, which lists confirmed compatibility for Lectric, Aventon, Velotric, Rad Power Bikes, Monarc, Euphree, and more.

Do I need the large bag for a 52V battery?

Yes. 52V packs such as the 52V 19.2Ah battery in the Juiced Scrambler HT and Scrambler FS are physically larger and need the extra room this bag provides.

My battery is not listed anywhere. Which do I buy?

Measure it. If it is under roughly 3.5" x 3.5" in cross-section, the small bag is your answer. If it is thicker or wider than that, or larger than a 48V 20Ah pack in capacity, buy this one.

Can I use it for storage and transport, not just riding?

Yes. The waterproof, roll-up sealed construction makes it well suited to daily riding, travel, and long-term battery storage.

How does it mount to my ebike?

Hook-and-loop straps wrap around most bike racks, so it installs and removes in seconds without any tools.
