Collection: Lectric Ebike Accessories

The Lectric XP is the best-selling ebike ever made, and we have put thousands of miles on them. Lectrics are also a specific case: they fold, they get hauled in RVs and truck beds, and the stock parts leave a few obvious things to upgrade. This is the gear we actually recommend, pulled from our Lectric XP4 accessories guide.

Note: Lectric racks are not MIK

If you came here looking for MIK baskets, Lectric racks do not use the MIK click-in system. What works instead is the Dairyman X, a quick-release basket that adjusts in width to clamp onto almost any rear rack, including Lectric's. It pops off in seconds when you need the bike folded.

The upgrades we make first

  • Suspension seatpost – the single best comfort upgrade on an XP. Ours angles backward as it compresses instead of pogoing straight up and down, and it has preload adjustment for your weight. Lectric riders want the 31.8mm option, which includes the shim.
  • Adjustable bottle cage – the ABC Cage fits everything up to a Nalgene, mounts on the down tube, and still clears the frame when folded.
  • Portable tire inflator – set your PSI, press the button, done in about 30 seconds. Far easier than a hand pump on fat tires.
  • Tool kit essentials – ratcheting bits and tire levers in a case small enough that you will actually bring it.
  • Phone holder – the BiKGrip's lever-lock holds your phone through potholes and gravel, and moves bike to bike in seconds.

For folding, hauling, and storing

Our small battery bag fits every Lectric pack we have tested, including the XP4 10.4Ah and 17.5Ah, XP 3.0, XP Lite 2.0, XPedition, XPress 500 and 750, XPress 2, One, XPeak, and the XP Trike. It is waterproof with a flame-resistant liner, which is worth having any time your battery is riding in a car or sitting through a winter. Add a chain lock for city parking and a cover if the bike lives on a hitch rack.
