How to choose the right suspension seatpost for your ebike

Not sure which size you need? Here is how to get it right the first time:

• Find your diameter. Check the number laser-etched near the base of your current seatpost, or measure the seat tube with calipers. Then match it to the compatibility list above. Between sizes? Our shim options bridge a 27.2mm post up to 30.4mm or 31.8mm.
• 50mm of active travel. That is more travel than most integrated ebike posts (many offer just 25–35mm), so the BumpStop soaks up the bigger hits from potholes, gravel, and cracked pavement instead of just taking the edge off.
• Built for ebike weight. Rated up to 300 lbs, higher than many competitors that cap out around 220 lbs, so it holds up to heavier ebikes and riders.

Will this fit my ebike if my model is not on the list?

Most likely, yes. The BumpStop covers the most common ebike seatpost diameters (27.2, 30.4, 30.9, 31.6, and 31.8mm) and includes shims to bridge the gaps. Just confirm your seatpost diameter before ordering.

How much suspension travel does it have?
